Wow, wow, wow. This was my first visit back to Paintworks since coming back from Florida. There's more outstanding projects than I've ever seen in his shop. It's too bad that he had to cancel Saturday's Open House, (80% chance of RAIN). I hope Sean reschedules. What an impressive shop.

What a nice turnout for the Rod and Kustom Kruisers of Maine, 39th Annual Rod Run. People came out to the Fryeburg Fairgrounds to enjoy a weekend of camping, along with car games, entertainment, good food, and loads of fun.

The Rye Lions Car Show never disappoints. The yearly event did it again with a huge variety of vehicles, the weather was perfect, and the last count I heard was 310 vehicles and climbing.

(Its quiet at first, then there's sound) We went early to the first day of the Sumter 3 Day Spring Swap Meet. People were still unpacking their stuff and getting ready for the big days coming. It looks like it's going to be just as impressive as their other 3 day event.

Sorry for the sound, they were playing loud copyrighted music (play your own favorite music). What a turnout, their 50th anniversary was fantastic, and the weather was perfect, in the high 60's low 70's. It amazes us every year, the fine machinery that comes out of hiding.

There was a charity car show right down the street from where we live in Florida. It was held at Oak Hill Senior Living Facility and it was to raise money for Alzheimer's research. Now off to Crystal River and give the Corvette a workout. Don't worry I still have street rods.
