Nate Eldridge
Executive Director
Nate has worked as a visual storyteller for over two decades. As a photographer, director and producer he has traveled the world looking for and creating the narratives that drive the human condition. Arriving at Portland Media Center in 2025 he has hopes of transforming the institution into the media hub and storytelling center he believes it should be. Everyone has a story to tell, Portland Media Center will help you tell it.
Patty Dugal
CFO
Patricia has been with PMC since September 2020 and brings 20 years of non-profit experience. Previously, she worked as a finance manager for Legal Service for the Elderly and The Maine Long-Term Care Ombudsman program. She is a graduate of Bentley University. Patricia lives in the Old Port with her husband, Curt and Golden Retriever named Casco.
Warren Edgar
Lead Production Coordinator
Warren Edgar is a media and marketing strategist who has driven revenue and engagement through scalable media systems, such as his work with the African news and media network, Connection TV, which he co-founded in 2021. He has worked in advertising and crisis PR, and later appointed communications director at Cross Cultural Community Services. In his free time, he works as a director and producer on projects with Netflix, VOA, The CW, and Fox.
Aidan Gorneau
Multimedia Producer
Aidan, a University of Maine System graduate with a Media Design degree, applies hands-on expertise in social media marketing, video editing, videography, and storytelling to expand PMC’s collection of high-quality media content while supporting more community voices in sharing their narratives. He has served as technical director and producer for several PMC Original shows.
Emma Fuller
Assistant Production Coordinator
Emma Fuller, a producer and marketing strategist, brings experience in social media marketing, branded influencer content, and campaign-focused production. Earlier, she developed marketing strategies for Pennant Digital and Schaeffer Marketing Group, supporting growth in audience engagement, sales, and brand-integrated content.

Dustin Edwards is a passionate producer and storyteller who infuses every project with his unique vision and personality. Driven by a lifelong love for editing and connecting with people, he dedicates himself to sharing the creative voices of others with the world. His work is a vital part of what makes PMC the premier destination not only for public access, but for bringing your dreams to life.

Producer
Brendon McDonald specializes in video production, camera work, lighting, and editing as the Production Assistant at Portland Media Center. He is a graduate of the New England School of Communications.
