What is a Tortang Talong? Ask any Filipino and they will tell you it's a delicious breakfast treat. One of Grilldog's original ideas and one of his favorite Grilled Foods is Eggplant. Grilldog takes an eggplant, Grills it, dips it in egg batter, tosses in a bunch of other ingredients and spices and comes out with a great breakfast treat.
