The Nobel Peace Prize was recently awarded to two journalists who demonstrated courage and passion for their profession in the most adverse circumstances. This is an acknowledgment to Maria Ressa and Dmitry A. Muratov (Philippines and Russia) and to journalists around the world working under similar circumstances.
