Tai Chi is an ancient military art teaching balance, flexibility, breath control, and focus on building energy. Our wonderful leader is Mary Ann Kashef, an experienced Tai Chi Instructor. After a short discussion of Tai Chi’s value, I threw the rest of the questions away, pushed the desk aside, took off my coat and took on Tai Chi for the first time ever in my life. I had serious reservations about exposing my ineptitude with this art form of exercise.
