For eleven years, Josh Paul oversaw arms transfers and military assistance to foreign countries on behalf of the U.S. government. He believed and continues to believe the U.S. is a positive force in the world and that in most cases the costs of U.S. military assistance are outweighed by the benefits. He will discuss his role, as well as his experiences working in the region.
