HCE is an experimental cable access show, originating in Los Angeles, and broadcast in LA, Berkeley, Portland, Seattle, Olympia, Waukegan IL (and soon North Liberty IA). Each 29:30 minute episode contains a handful of Avant Garde shorts created by artists from all over the world. The show’s intention is to bring new/challenging content to audiences all over America, and to provide a forum for established and emerging experimental artists.
