After traveling 7.9 billion miles for over ten years, a spacecraft and a module released a module that landed for the first time in history on a comet collected data about the origins of the universe, and tested whether the oceans of planet Earth were generated by elements from deep space carried by comets that interacted with the Earth and many other “first” of its kind scientific experiments.
