Nate Eldridge
Executive Director
Nate has worked as a visual storyteller for over two decades. As a photographer, director and producer he has traveled the world looking for and creating the narratives that drive the human condition. Arriving at Portland Media Center in 2025 he has hopes of transforming the institution into the media hub and storytelling center he believes it should be. Everyone has a story to tell, Portland Media Center will help you tell it.

Patty Dugal
Accounting / CFO
Patricia has been with PMC since September 2020 and brings 20 years of non-profit experience. Previously, she worked as a finance manager for Legal Service for the Elderly and The Maine Long-Term Care Ombudsman program. She is a graduate of Bentley University. Patricia lives in the Old Port with her husband, Curt and Golden Retriever named Casco.

Warren Edgar
Lead Production Coordinator
Warren Edgar, a television director and media strategist, has driven growth and revenue through scalable media systems, helping build Africa’s fastes growing media brodcaster, Connection TV. Prior to his return to PMC, Warren worked in private advertising and headed communications and marketing for Cross Cultural Community Services. He has worked on projects with Netflix, VOA, WPXT, and previously worked at PMC as marketing coordinator.

Dino Raymond
Engineer
Dino, a former Board member at PMC, is our Production Coordinator. He had a long career at WGBH in Boston. Using his extensive talents he leads our podcast initiative, takes major responsibility for our production operations, including assessing and maintaining our video studio and field and studio equipment, produces a couple of our paid productions and works with the City on streaming their meetings. If you want to get started with podcasting or are already trained on our media production equipment and want to start using it to produce a video, he’s the man to see.

Brendon McDonald
Production Assistant
Brendon McDonald specializes in video production, camera work, lighting, and editing as the Production Assistant at Portland Media Center. He is a graduate of the New England School of Communications.

Natalie Conn
Education Coordinator
Natalie is a photographer and video producer. She has over ten years of experience coordinating documentary media programming for a graduate MFA program at Hunter College called Integrated Media Arts. She is excited to help create media workshops and opportunities for media makers at all experience levels.
