A mini documentary film and photography series showcasing awesome local organizations that are creating community engaged events and opportunities in Portland Maine. We also offer full event coverage using our portable TV studio (2-3 cameras and lights) and can document and edit an entire event program.

Pilot episode of the show, From Away to ME which is a show about people that are from away and call Maine home. Co hosted by Moon Machar and Shay Stewart Bouley, each episode has live music from the Kenya Hall band, a special guest and a live studio audience. It films once a month, more info.

Local Document : [the square]
Grand opening of [the square] a new space created by Monaco Studios and Equal Measure Arts on November 22, 2025. [the square] is on Preble Street just a block from Monument Square and it’s a multipurpose space for musicians and media artists to share and record their work. During this beautiful opening event, the multi generational audience enjoyed incredible performances by Luc Anthony of One Hundred Thorns, Ana Blosset, and Alma June and the Persian Cats.
Local Document : Mechanic’s Hall Tiny Circulation Desk Concert
A document of the new series at The Mechanics’ Hall called the Tiny Circulation Desk Concerts. This is one of many event series that Mechanics’ Hall has created recently to bring people together. During this particular evening in late September, the audience got to experience experimental music by Evan Pillsbury and The Magpie Duo.
