“Participants will explore an array of legal strategies and issues pertaining to shale gas development, including community monitoring projects, eminent domain, permit appeals, local ordinances, and more.”

This particular presentation focuses on community monitoring of pipeline projects related to shale gas development in Pennsylvania. However, the techniques presented are effective in a variety of other contexts.
