Climate Change is causing Extreme drought in Eastern and Southern Africa, as well as in Syria & Iraq. This may explain why so many people had migrated from the countryside to Damascus, several years before the Civil War (possiblhy caused by the US HAARP Program-used against enemies of Israel).
This program shows in graphic detail, the suffering and plight of farmers in these areas. Mitigation is very possible, but must rely on the good auspices of the International Community, who are presently ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!!!
